Pricing questions
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans renew month to month — cancel any time from Settings → Billing and you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. Annual plans are prorated in accordance with our Terms of Service.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. We do not sell personal information and we do not use your data to train generative AI models — that commitment is written into our Privacy Policy. Application data is hosted in Canada (AWS Canada Central region, Montréal).
What happens after the pilot?
Founding pilot pharmacies keep their founding rate: free during the pilot, then 33% off Professional for their first paid year. We will tell you before billing ever starts — nothing is charged automatically.
